Cancellation Policy

1. Client Consultation Policy • Clients must provide project details and inspiration for the first design proposal. • Additional consultations beyond the initial session will be billed at an hourly rate. 2. Design & Approval Policy • All design concepts will be presented for client approval before implementation. • Up to two design revisions are included; additional revisions will incur an extra fee. • Once a design is approved, changes may result in delays and additional costs. 3. Payment & Billing Policy • A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. • The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or in pre-agreed milestones. • Late payments will incur a 5% fee per week after the due date. 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes supplies being purchased, contractors being secured, and any unspecified work that has a related cost. • Cancellations made before services are completed may be eligible a partial refund. • Refunds are not available for completed work or custom-made items. 5. Purchasing & Procurement Policy • Clients may opt to purchase materials themselves or authorize Hazel & Kloé Signature Interiors to procure them. • Hazel & Kloé Signature Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers. 6. Project Timeline Policy • Estimated completion dates will be provided but are subject to supplier availability and unforeseen delays. • Clients will receive regular progress updates. • Delays caused by client indecision or late approvals may extend the timeline. 7. Liability & Warranty Policy • Hazel & Kloé Signature Interiors is not liable for damages caused by improper use of installed products. • Defective products from third-party vendors must be addressed directly with the vendor. 8. Privacy & Confidentiality Policy • Photos of completed projects may be used for marketing unless the client opts out.
